Rumor: WP 8.1 Already RTM’ed, New 8.1 Devices to Come Late April

According to a rumor over at WPC, WP 8.1 has already achieved RTM (release to manufacturer) status; meaning that OEM’s (such as Nokia) can go about adding their custom touches to the OS version. Such as the rumored Nokia Cherry  Pink Blossom, which is said to be the name of Nokia’s next WP update. Also rumored is the fact that the new WP 8.1 devices will begin to hit stores late April (that doesn’t mean we won’t see anything at build, but they’ll probably be running developer editions or beta SW).

Either way you cut it, 8.1 is a lot closer than ever; and I couldn’t be any more excited!
