Video: Upload files from WP8.1 browser and downloading of more file types

We’ve seen this demoed before but not quite as clearly. Here it is from another SDK emulator.
You can see that files can be uploaded from the WP8.1 device, picking files from some file browser of sort. Also you can now download things, such as videos, MP3s (previously just images and .pdf).
In the video below, a video file was downloaded and was playable from the WP8 video hub.
