OneDrive v4.1.2 gets Bug fixes and performance improvements

A small and silent improvement for OneDrive v4.1.2 as it gets some bug fixes and performance improvements.
By default in WP8.1, apps update automatically but you can change this to update automatically via wifi/data or update manually.
Hopefully the new 8.1 file manager due at the end of the month would eventually learn to take some aesthetic treatment from OneDrive as I happen to like how I see my files organised there.
