Screen Shot 2014-05-15 at 15.41.28 A rather intriguing article over at TheVerge reveals the existence of a ‘secret’ book that Microsoft made prior to the Nokia ‘takeover’.

Going to 20,000 Nokia employees in 90 cities over 53 countries, this 128 page book, aptly named ‘One’ details the rich histories of the two companies. MS CEO, Nadella apparently even went to Finland to present this book to  Finnish President Sauli Niinisto

Whilst the matter is still raw for many Nokia fans wishing Nokia kept their independence, those who wish to look forward can think of the Nokia spirit that lives on inside at Microsoft. I can reminisce the good times, shake my head about the bad, but I can also choose to celebrate the new history that such a strong Nokia influence inside Microsoft can make.

Cheers Alvester for the tip!
