Check out this Nokia Lumia 820 on a nanobot. Using Cortana, it is able to perform actions and control the nanobot.
It can use Bing Vision to recognise items, play games with you, and track your face to keep it in frame.
The voice isn’t actual ‘Cortana’ though.
