Weekend Watch: Weird start screen bug in WP8.1 (wpdev) Nokia Lumia 620

The WP dev preview is exactly that, a preview for developers so not yet ready like whatever version is on the 630. Anyway, on this one, you can see that whilst the finger is scrolling, the screen isn’t changing.
I don’t know how to embed onedrive videos so here’s the link.
I’ve not experienced a bug this drastic yet. I have seen on the 1320 a weird thing where it crashes and all the screen turns into a weird pixel mess.
