It seems the Nokia Lumia 1520 and 1320 are no longer the biggest screened Windows Phone. The Wistron Tiger bests even the 6.4″ of the Xperia Z Ultra at 6.5″ (6.44 vs 6.5).

Wistron is an ODM in Taiwan, once the manufacturing arm of Acer, it was spun off in 2000.

The design seems pretty slim, albeit plain. The front looks sleek in that glossy black glass, the back a champagne metal. This is noted to be a reference design. Note the stereo speakers at the front, one above and one below. It has a 1080p display, quadcore 2.3GHz. There are no buttons at the face, it’s all screen like the 630. Not sure how the virtual buttons work, I’ve not used the 630 or watched enough videos, but in this one the buttons disappear.

Part of the many reasons I love the 1520 is the size. I’d love possibly an even bigger display if WP8.1’s future updates were to cater for one handed use cases (e.g. Galaxy Mega has smaller dialling keypad more accessible to one side) as well as making more use of the large display with multiple windows on the screen.
