Does the soon to be released 3D Amazon Phone look like the Nokia N9/Nokia Lumia 800?

Amazon will imminently be officially announcing a 3D interfaced phone, something that would rival Nokia/Microsoft’s upcoming 3D touch device, Goldfinger/McLaren/The 1020 successor.
These pictures from BGR are supposedly that said device. Is it me or does it look like the Nokia N9/Nokia Lumia 800 with that fabula design?
It’s not exactly the same but it’s extremely similar.
