Nokia Con event in Japan, July 27th?

In a bid to get into the Japanese market, there might be an event called ‘Nokia Con’ taking place in Tokyo, Japan on July 27th.
It is not yet clear which handsets will be showcased.
Oddly there are only 60 places of which 49 have been taken up.
