HTC Pulls a Nokia, offers One M8 to Galaxy S4 owner after phone catches fire

The social media team of Nokia, now part of MM, used to do (and possibly still does) some great things on the web. When Nokia became aware of stories of inappropriate customer treatment by other companies, they stepped in to give a hand. It’s nice of Nokia to do, but even greater kudos is achieved from the web when they see good things being done. The so called ‘cost to benefit’ ratio makes for some efficient marketing and brand value reinforcement.

This time, it isn’t Nokia, but HTC doing the rounds. HavetoCopyPasta! Ha, only joking. Good deeds should be carried on by everyone. 🙂
