Chen got in touch with us (first to say our email wasn’t working – hopefully is fixed now) and to let us know of his Android app.

There are the iconic N9 squircles (which Chen points out is a bit different to the Symbian ones). There are currently over 330 icons and more still being made.

A WP one may be in the works “Planning to apply on my coming Nokia X2DS and any WP device in the future (Refer to your WP squircle post) “

He describes it as being “the first real” MeeGo Harmattan theme. A lot of work has been put into this and features:

  • 335 xxxhdpi (192×192, the highest resolution supported on current Android release) icons. Most are vector-based. Icons will be updated upon request.
  • – Genuine MeeGo-Harmattan Style, the same as Nokia N9 and Nokia N950.
  • – Supported for most third-party launchers and Unicon.
  • – Folders by categories.
  • – Nokia Windows Phone icons (tiles) remake in MeeGo style. Exclusive on initial release. (Future update may not have this part.)
  • – No launcher drawer icon and very light-weight. All icons are viewable under third-party launchers. (Why need a useless icon that actually does nothing?)
  • – Weekly update
