Nokia Support Videos: How to Update to Lumia Cyan

This video is a short tutorial on getting Lumia Cyan. This is the official one so there’s no hacks here.

• If you’re on Windows Phone 8, you will get Cyan automatically.
• Your phone will notify when the update is ready
• Otherwise to manually connect, you’ll need to be on wifi and go to updates in the settings.
• You may need two or more updates to get Cyan.
• If you haven’t updated in a while, you may need to install additional updates first.
• May take a long time
• For each update, tap “install” to start
• let phone restart
• Wait until complete
• Phone will then download next update
• Tap install to “start again”
• Make sure phone is plugged in.
• They recommend to take a few moments to see the new settings.
