Nokia Lumia 520 at Walmart for $48.93

Nokia US tweeted that the Nokia Lumia 520 is available for $49 at Walmart. It’s not as cheap as the one we saw on Friday but there might be some stock at Walmart.
This gets you a pre-paid/no contract AT&T 520.
These seem to be new handsets. AT&T has refurbished ones at $49.99 (down from $79.99 with the ‘refurb certificate’).
Over in the UK, the 520 has gone down between 59.99-80GBP. At that price, and for actually cheaper, you could get the 530. No news yet about the 530 availability stateside.
