Although a Windows specialist, Tom Warren is versed in all things mobile. After using iOS 8 and Android 4.4 he finds that Microsoft has the best keyboard with swype.
One thing is clear after using Windows Phone, iOS 8, and Android 4.4 is that Microsoft has the best keyboard with swype and good autocorrect

The keyboard was one of the things that won me over from Symbian to WP. Now that the devices can be super large (e.g. 1520) I do wish I could minimise the keyboard when swyping in portrait.
