Basil at Btekt compares Microsoft’s Nokia Lumia 830 – their new affordable flagship against Apple’s iPhone 6 (which is almost twice the price and more depending on memory configuration)
Experience wise, the 830 is very fluid, as is iPhone. Cortana is prefered but otherwise, the app ecosystem is obviously better on iOS.
It’s a shame that the camera start up time takes so long now on WP. It used to be that it was quick to launch from locked. Even with Denim. We are told that the camera button helps to launch the camera quickly. Maybe, WP7/WP8 sans Nokia Camera.
