Flagship Nokia Android when NOKIA returns?

I’m not sure if this is a new rumour or just some slightly older rumours getting passed around and picking up fluff or actual substance.
There’s reports again of Nokia with an Android device, but this time, OLD Nokia and it might be a flagship.
Apparently those that used to be working on the N9 are working on this flagship ;).
PhoneArena reckons it might be related to the tweet below. Though I doubt old NOKIA would announce a flagship handset (especially since they’re not allowed to return till 2016)
