Windows”Phone” 10 Beta versions coming by the end of the month
Much like the developer preview, PhoneInsider will give folks a preview into Windows 10 for phones.
The Phone Insider application provides registered Windows Insiders the ability to receive pre-release OS updates on their phone, directly from Microsoft.

The very first info about this was apparently leaked by Nazwil:
Just make sure you’re signed in with your MS account and head over to this:Â https://insider.windows.com/. It’s essentially a click to say “ok” and you’re done.
According to TheVerge, it doesn’t seem like it will be much of a long wait after Windows 10 for phones is previewed on January 21st.
