Instagram and Vine app for Symbian

A developer has shared a link to their Instagram and Vine app for Symbian.  Yes,  Symbian.

I thought it cannot post pics to instagram,  ruling or possibly your need for this app. But it claims it can.  Oddly,  other than WP,  third party instagram apps on android or iOS can’t post to instagram.  Just manage likes and comments.

There’s in-app purchases… Not sure what for…Maybe the upload feature? 

 

There’s a little blurb from AAS so this seems to have the seal of approval already… AND it mentions the vine app too.
