Alex was Executive Producer of The Argos File, a new virtual reality project.

He’s known for a variety of work Shutter Island, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Trek Into Darkness, After Earth, Alice in Wonderland, Golden Compass, Superman Returns, Sin City, and The Day After Tomorrow.

Alex is also an Oscar Winner. As visual supervisor in 2012 for Martin Scorsese’s ‘Hugo’ he won, ‘Best Achievement in Visual Effect’

Together with Nokia OZO, OZO live and Live Live, Alex gave an OZO Masterclass onto 360 degree film making, creative tips, challenges and such. Even if you aren’t filming already in 360,  it’s quite an interesting watch if you have time (it’s also as long as a full length film).

ATM Alex finds the most powerful thing in 360 is LIVE broadcast. The difference between seeing an isolated rectangle versus being there surrounded by it, not having to worry about the narrative someone else is showing.
