Videos: Nokia N9 – Video Example
Here’s a clip from the Nokia N9 uploaded by Bill Perry, Global Partner Manager for Imaging at Nokia (YouTube at mobileperry, twitter @bperry).  This is a pre-production N9 without final firmware – so take it as another taster.
This is 30FPS 720p, edited with Adobe Premiere Pro only to piece clips together and sync with the music (Â Another Version of the Truth by Nine Inch Nails)
As you know, the N9 has continuous autofocus during video – so unlike some of the breathtaking macro shots we’ve seen by Topolino70 and his macro lenses, this is just the N9. (Though I’d love to see what he would do with N9 video too – seems he makes anything look great.)

I’ve asked Bill if we could have an original unedited clip to listen to the stereo audio (which I believe would be better than the N8 due to the improved placement of the left and right recording microphones).
He said he’d upload one this evening (US time I guess). I’ll update this post when I see it in the morning (UK time)
Here’s the raw footage.
There’s a bit of glare from the sun and audio really only comes from one direction (though you might be able to still here the channel separation better).

Same video but in Vimeo. Handles glares quite well, the screen doesn’t go black or completely spikes contrast.
