Another useful widget for homescreens demoed by Mark Guim on his Nokia N8.

This is called “Favourite Apps” . With a shortcut widget, you get 4 shortcuts. This gives you 15.

I could see how this could be very useful. Imagine you have a homescreen with lots of active full widgets (email, twitter, news, music) but you also want quick access to certain apps too. This gives you that. Just tap the normal widget space and a pop up appears with your additional shortcuts.
