Nokia Lumia 800 a hit in Britain, UK sales excellent. Best ever first week Nokia.

She loves me, she loves me not. Lumia is selling, lumia might not?

What’s going on? The news surrounding whether Lumia is a hit sways back into Nokia’s camp as UK sales are excellent.

That makes sense as my friend in Preston, Liverpool and checking Manchester central, Orange Stores are apparently selling well or have sold out of the Lumia.

You know who might know a little bit more about Nokia Sales than Google Trend data? Nokia. Nokia tells Reuters:

“Lumia 800 sales in the U.K. are off to an excellent start,”

“Based on earliest data the sales start of the Lumia 800 is the best ever first week of Nokia smartphone sales in the U.K. in recent history.”

“By our measures, we have gained significant smartphone sell-out share in the channels in which we are operating in the U.K.,” Nokia said

I think then, the answer is, cue Sir McCartney,

“She Loves me yeah, yeah, yeah!”
