Nokia Lumia 710 254.99CAD no contract?

Couple of news sources talking about similar things so let’s put these two together.
First, as you might have just seen from Ali’s post, the Nokia Lumia 900 is apparently going to be priced at 99USD with contract. This from BGR’s trusted source at AT&T with March 18th as the date.

Secondly, the Nokia Lumia 710 may be available in Canada, completely without contract for just 254.99CAD.
That’s a pretty great price given what you’re getting.
