Access Point and Feedback to nokia Updated for Wp8

Once again “Access Point” on Windows Phone 8 lumias has been been updated (with no visible changelog); also updated is “feedback to Nokia”. Although there is no changelog I can’t help but notice that Access point keeps getting unlisted updates, and I’m not even exactly sure what it does; but could there be some bug Nokia’s trying to fix?
