Weekend Watch: Impressive 4k Nokia 808 PureView Time Lapse
I’m not sure we got around to posting this tip but I also just saw the same story tweeted by Damian. If it has, watch it again because it’s that good.
It’s a creation from one of this imaging babies, a 4K video from a Nokia 808 PureView. Now, this isn’t actual video footage (though it was rumoured that the 808 was capable of such things). It’s a time lapse using photos from the 808 and extremely impressive stuff.
Check out the video options – push it past 1080p to experience it (if you have a capable device of course. I don’t 🙁 ). I’m liking the ability to pan and zoom around, just because there’s so much canvas to work with on the 808 that’s still super clear.
Props for all the post production work to get this video together! Do be be careful when attempting to watch this video, users have reported that it might conk out your computer. Haha.
