Chris Weber said to confirm Instagram for Nokia Lumia WP; Nokia’s aims for taking Samsung’s top spot
BangkokPost has been speaking to Nokia’s Chris Weber who has spilled the beans on Instagram for WP.
Not that Nokia Geeks like us care since we have various alternatives (the most recent to the store being the awesome 6tag) but for regular Joe, having the official app there may be comforting. Plus it’s an easier sell to say “yes, it has instagram” vs “yes you can publish on instagram using these other apps”.
The post is prevocatively titled, “Nokia plots to take Samsung’s top spot”. A few years ago, the reverse was said by Samsung of Nokia. A comeback of such magnitude whilst theoretically not impossible is unlikely at this point. But we can all hope and it’s always good to aim high eh? :p
