Apple Also Holding an Event on October 22nd

Abu Dhabi is set to be the seen of Nokia world 2013, quite possibly the last Nokia World we’ll ever see kicks off at 11Am on the 22nd of October. But it seems Apple want in on the fun too, as they have begun sending out invites for their own event, also taking play on the 22nd of October.Their event is rumored to show off a new iPad mini and a 5th gen iPad as well as some other goodies, Nokia World is supposed to show off Nokia’s first ever tablet (the Lumia 2520) amongst other things.

However Apple’s event is going down at 10Am Pacific time (-7 GMT), while Nokia World starts at 11 AM GMT +4 so there’s a good 10 hours or so between them (provided my math is right). But we all know what the highlight of the day is going to be 😉
