Accessories: Nokia DC-18 portable Charger; First Look

While at Nokia world, Nokia left us all a little surprise in our hotel rooms; a DC-18 portable charger.

The DC-18 which has a capacity of 1720 mAh comes in a nice square packaging, which although has a smaller capacity than the DC-16’s 2,000 mAh still gives you a boost at the end of the day. The square form factor is a bit “different” but it does have a very certain Nokia iconic design to it.

The charging plug unlike the DC-16 is connected to the device and pops-out and retracts into the box. The battery icon on the charger itself, has the same four lights present on the DC-16, but with a nicer look, being displayed inside the engraved battery on the front.

Either way the DC-18 is a pretty sweet looking device, and gets the job done nicely; although it probably would look a bit strange in your pocket.
