Nokia’s Automated Cars with Continental can look around corners

At NokConv, Pino writes about the automated connected car that can look around corners using HERE technology.

I’m all for advancement of technology and automated self driving cars do sound cool. But I’d still fear for my safety. Maps will have to be super up to date and these cars will need to have their own AI to make safe decisions. NokConv sees it differently in that people could focus on other tasks, making their journey more efficient and comfortable. Plus, the automated driving systems may be able to react quicker than humans.
