LumCov says you can make polished movies on their latest app, Movie Creator BETA.
You can use up to 25 videos/photos/cinemagraphs/living images.
Features:
- edit the length of your footage
- freely move the various clips to different places on your video timeline
- add text cards, captions and various filters
- pan and zoom, and rotate.
- Can be as long as a few hours
- Add your own music and adjust the volume
- Cinematic preinstalled themes – more themes can be purchased
Update: Just been playing with it. It works really well! Straight forward controls, decent amount of features. More themes can be downloaded for free. Processing a 5 minute clip (combined with 5 clips and 5 photos) took possibly less than 5 minutes. I like it!
