Anytime there’s a leaked device, PhoneDesigner over on facebook creates impressive renders that are almost always what the final design looks like.

Based on @evleaks’ blurred leak, we get this. A modest hump triple LED camera.

This older concept was probably just based on the leaked info alone. Below is more 1520/925 like vs the above that’s more 830/1020.
