Advertisements Nokia Just published a nice simple video that expalins the basics behind how PureMotionHD provides a greater better viewing experience on your phone. So it was a bit difficult to follow what was happening in today’s presentation. Much of the same information could have been packaged significantly better but hey, Nokia doesn’t do presentations. Shame since the CGI video looked so cool. http://www.nokia.com/global/products/phone/lumia920/specifications/ Anyway onto the page. The grey looks a bit boring there but it looks nice […]

This might be a little jab at Samsung who announced a new phone but merely talked about a shell, Elop says they’re proud and will be unveiling everything. Any company can choose to stand up and hold a device and say “We’re launching it”. We’re proud, tomorrow, to be showing the very first working Windows Phone 8 […]

One factor that has been almost consistent in all great Nokia Camera-phones has been Xenon flash, which really light up the night allowing for proper picture taking. However it would seem that LEd has been chosen as the way to go for the 920, as you can see from the tweet above, where Damian defends […]

Here’s one more look at the Lumia 920 showing off its colors, as you can see it appears to be available in 5 colors, White, Black, Grey, Yellow and Red; I can’t really understand why Nokia ditched the Cyan considering how well the Cyan L900 was selling, hopefully it’ll make a reappearance soon enough. The colors in the image […]

In yesterdays post about the rumored 8Mp in the Lumia 920, we touched on the possibility of other methods to achieve 808 Pureview quality photos/videos without the need for the gigantic sensor. Here’s one of the tweets I had referenced regarding the matter; as you can see Damian as always stressed on the fact that Purview is a mix […]
