Part of the first clue from yesterday’s post: S60 – confirmed on WOMWorld.

Plus this one I had overlooked which has recently surfaced. At first, I actually tried scanning it with the barcode reader on the N82 to see if anything would come up.

Finally getting somewhere: First clue = S60/_ _ _ /_ _ _ _ _ _ _ (I thought I tried that yesterday – must have typoed and ignored it)

Be sure to type it in at blogs.nokia.com/nseries/index.php/search-for-n and hopefully you should see the first green tick on your way to finding the N. Complete all five clues to search for N and get your hands on a Nokia N97!

Second clue is also coming today 😀

Nokia’s ‘Search for N’ Begins: Join the Worldwide Hunt to find one of 97 Nokia N97s Hidden Across 13 Countries

Welcome to the latest update from the Nokia N97 Members Club. If you hadn’t already heard, the race to own a Nokia N97 is on. For 97 lucky people the key to a truly personal Internet experience could be a little closer, as the ‘Search of N’ kicks off. This global online hunt spanning 13 countries offers consumers the chance to get their hands on one of 97 Nokia N97 devices, for free, before global sales begin.

Internet enthusiasts in participating markets including China, UK, France, UAE, South Africa, Benelux and Russia, could be among the first in the world to own a brand new Nokia N97 and test drive the device. The only way for lucky fans to locate and discover them is to crack five cryptic clues online.

Running over a period of seven days the ‘Search for N’ five clues will be released on the exact same date and time across each participating country. Each clue will relate to one of the following; a news story from that week, a feature of the new Nokia N97, or a clever cryptic clue that encourages you to explore content on the World Wide Web. Once all five clues have been successfully answered the race is then on to locate a hidden Nokia N97 device.

The first person to crack the code will be emailed the secret location of a Nokia N97– either physically hidden, or handed over by a Nokia staff member. Following this, 96 other lucky contestants will have the chance to test drive the Nokia N97 before anyone else in the world and join a ‘Search for N’ winners club, which will span three continents.

To be part of the international ‘Search for N’ treasure hunt, and join thousands of others, go to Nseries Blog to take a look at the global competition or the one happening in your country.

And to help you on the ‘Search for N’, we’ve got some exclusive navigation giveaways for you to upgrade your current Nokia handset with or to super-size your new Nokia N97 and make it even more powerful. Maps 3.0 from OVI is the very latest in mobile navigation services, and these great prizes include both pedestrian and car navigation, a targeted weather service and traffic information – right when you need it most.

On a side note, last exam for the year is tomorrow, so if future clues are cleverly hidden as this, I should be able to put more effort into working it out :D.
