Twitter App TwimGo 2.0 review for Ovi Daily App
After my exams, first thing on order was to get to my to-do list of App reviews. This is our second review published on Ovi Daily App (the first being PixelPipe) and it is for the Twitter App, “TwimGo”, which N900/Maemo 5 users know was born on their platform and is now trying out the Symbian side.
This is version 2.0. There are many great features that make this a very good twitter app, but still being early days there are also some niggling issues. Though being FREE, it puts it right on top on what else is available for that price bracket. What’s great is that the developer, Tommi Laukkanen is making head way with Qt QML apps (having recently demoed a clean, simple Google Reader NewsFlow) and has rewritten TwimGo 2.5 in Qt QML and resolves pretty much all the “problems” as it were with version 2.0
