Paid Apps available in Ovi Store India?

SymbianTweet reports that Nokia Users in India across ALL operators/networks/carriers  can download Paid apps from Ovi Store via card billing (not yet through operator billing).

Though Ovi Store is available in about 190 countries, not everyone has access to paid apps.  In India, our readers have mentioned that possibly only one carrier had allowed paid apps from Ovi Store. Now it seems you can get Ovi Store apps from all Indian networks.

I’m not sure if all the catalogue will be available (there are certain paid/free apps with regional availability only).
