SeaRay on SpeedTest (with AT&T microSim)

| August 10, 2011 | 8 Replies

Thanks for folks who tipped this in yesterday. As you know, now and again the posts have to be ‘rationed’ otherwise there’s too much traffic per day and the site crashes, hence why it’s only appearing now.

Anyway, you might have seen already that Nokia’s first Windows Phone, SeaRay has appeared in speed tests.

In case it’s a little hard to see:

This says,

Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows Phone OS 7.5; Trident/5.0; IEMobile/9.0; Nokia; SeaRay

  • Mango, WP7.5 – as seen in SeaRay video
  • IE9

SeaRay reached 1211kpbs in mobile speedtests with AT&T (pocketnow deduces from the domain).

At the time of writing (yesterday afternoon) the details on searay had already been removed from DSLReports.

Cheers Anastasios-Antonios Toulkeridis, mrprince, and Jimmy for the tip.
