Jesper Ovesen new chairman of NSN, OPK leaves, 500M from Nokia and Siemens.

Remember before that NSN needed about 1 Billion EUR from both Nokia and Siemens? Well looks like NSN is getting it. Some other news:
- Jesper Ovesen now executive chairman of the board, will work with NSN CEO,  Rajeev Suri.
- 500M EUR from Nokia and Siemens
- OPK steps down as non executive chairman
