Video: Nokia 701 vs iPhone 4 – what 1000nits on 701 does (outdoor sunlight visibility test)
Last bit of youtube trawl for now. The PhoneArena folks wanted to see what 1000nits in the Nokia 701 can do and compares it with, what else, the iPhone 4.
As you know the Nokia 701 is the BRIGHTEST screen on a phone EVER. Â Â 3x brighter than an iPad, and twice as bright as an iPhone 4.
Nokia says they did it because they can and also because it helps outdoor visibility. So, both tested outdoors and well, yeah, the 701 IPS Clear Black display is clearly more visible than that of the iPhone 4.
Now see, it’s accolades like this (brightest, fastest, best camera, blah blah blah, that you need to put in ONE phone. It’s ok to have different phones but at least have one super phone that combines them all)
