My Dream Nokia #34: Nokia Lumia 802 Windows Phone 8 Concept
Here’s a Nokia 800 inspired design by Mohammed Shihuzaan – a Windows Phone 8 (Apollo) Nokia Lumia 802
The specs are pretty much the same except with the addition of some hardware some Nokia fans have been asking for:
WP83.7″-inch screen - 480×800 pixelsPolycarbonate body. Colors- Cyan, Blue, Black.Curved Gorilla Glass DisplayNFCFFC , 2mp8mp carl zeiss , Dual LED flashSD cardHDMIUSB OTG
There seems to be no lock button.

Dieter Rams would not like this.
1) There is no need for a Nokia logo at the front and the back.
2) The buttons seem an afterthought.
3) The metal strip on the back breaks up the simplicity of the rear face.
you are right on one thing. *The point two. Let’s not forget it took 2 days to finish it. One day for designing a 3D phone. and another for photoshop. Right now i am using a 3 years old laptop and it can’t handle complicated graphics such as lots of polys.
If you have time:
You are not far off a very nice looking phone. Can you increase the screen size to 4 inch but keep the aspect ratio 5:3
Can you remove the Nokia logo on the front and the metal strip at the back. Add the Nokia logo near the bottom but horizontal.
You mad? 4″ at least..
Does look sexy though.

i dont get this, arn’t the statts for all these mobile dream phones suppose to be better than what we have now? or is it just the looks, cause if its just the looks just name it “alternative nokia lumia 800 or somthing”
icant wait for MWC 2012, alot of big phones from all companies, galaxy s3 from samsung, htc will have the ville, edge and maybe zeta, nokia will have the 900 series i hope, then we will see the true battle, with nokia against the rest. if nokia can go dual core at least with 900 series, but look amazing like n9 and lumia 800, it still will do very well i believe against the quads and mega huge 4.7 inch monsters
The metal strip at the back back is very prone ti scratches. Instead just have the Nokia logo engraved at the back. Also remove the magenta colour and replace it with yellow or green.
Apollo will support bigger resolution so why 480×800?
Why to ape Apple on design?
Why go back in terms of usability (non-round edges) when we already have smooth design?
there is Nothing Better than 800.
Looks like the spawn of iPhone and Lumia 800, I don’t like it…
Looks nice but where would he put the hdmi output, since the top is full already?
Colours; Cyan & Blue? The exact same thing…
