Nokia Lumia 710 Uncovered: Speed of Social

To show off how fast the Nokia Lumia 710 is, Nokia got a blogger (Jimmy from NokiaInnovation), stuck him on a zip wire and challenged him to get a photo posted from facebook whilst on the wire before reaching the end. Apparently they got it although they didn’t show that bit in the video. Ha.

The Nokia Connects team challenged Jimmy from Nokia Innovation to take a photo, upload it to Facebook, and tag his friend Juan from Your Tech Report – all before he reached the end of a zip line hundreds of feet in the air. Watch and see what happens!

It looked like a lot of fun! Kinda scary too! Last time I was on a zip wire was for ‘Go Ape’. It wasn’t as high as the ‘hundreds of feet’ high one here, but it was high enough. It was made scary by the fact it was only one wire attachment to which WE were responsible for clipping on properly. Haha. I did not bring any phones for fear of dropping them (my N8 already had a problem with the strap hole at the time).
