Windows Phone/Lumia launched in China?

Windows Phone has apparently been launched in China. I’m not sure if Nokia Lumia is now also available but they did make an appearance in China.

According to WPCentral, it is launching on the Nokia Lumia 800c (as well as with devices from other manufacturers)
