Nokia and Nicki Minaj video on YouTube most viewed, Nokia Lumia 900 – the only phone in Amazon’s top 100 cell phones and accessories.

On the weekend, Nokia shut down Times Square, NY, filled it with a crown anticipating Nicki Minaj and the New Nokia Lumia 900. The video is on the global most viewed page for YouTube now so folks other than Nokia fans expecting the launch, can see it.

BTW, the Nokia Lumia 900 still remains on top of Amazon’s best sellers for phones on contract.

More importantly as Forbes pointed out, it is in the top 100 for Cell Phones and accessories. At the time of writing the post where Forbes extrapolated possible good initial sales, the Nokia Lumia 900 black was number 64. It moved as high as 35 30, but maintained 60 yesterday. It’s currently number 59. Note, that the Nokia Lumia 900 is split into two devices based on colour. Forbes also expected the ranking to be higher were it counted as one phone. The cyan also moved up from 115 to 87.

Remember folks, this is a Nokia high end phone…in the USA. There are ZERO phones in the top 100 for cellphones and accessories other than these two Nokias. It’s quite surreal.

It’s a good start. Let’s hope it can continue.
