This is Nokia Lebanon and the QWERTY ME challenge. I think they might be talking about the use of txt tlk.

There’s a competition where if you upload your video about a similar situation, you could win up to $200/month i.e. price of your phone bill for a year (so max it out I guess, if you win.

Everyone uses these words in their text messages and some of them are really funny.
