Weekend Watch: Nokia presents: Adventures in London – (What does this have to do with anything?)

Unless this is filmed with a Nokia (808) I have no idea what this is. (Doubtful it’s a phone given the shallow depth of field – though it does have that cellphone wobble all throughout the video). I don’t quite understand what this has to do with phones or Nokia. It reminds me of the E7 Success campaign. But worse. What is this? There’s not even an arbitrary frame made to look like a Nokia.
