probably the same day its gonna come out in the UAE. Btw, i played with an 808 in a Nokia store again, and the firmware that was on it ends with 607
There something wrong with the countdown. It shows 106 hours at 1400 hours on 1st June. This means that the countdown will end at 0200 hours on 6th June. (All times in IST)
Why would Nokia launch something in the Middle of the night??
You did a wrong one there .. it ends at 12 in night of 5th June .. i.e. 6th June effectively
It might just be the availability date or may be date of the launch of some event (don’t go on time) or may be it has got something do at 12 o’ clock in night ??

The Notify page of 808 is now changed to Pre-book & when you place the cursor there .. a pop-up comes saying ‘Prebook now & get a lens protect worth Rs 1000 absolutely free’.

Damn I almost pre-order s3. Now I only need to find site in india that ship to Canada.
Sadly, Nokia India has confirmed June 6th is NOT the release date for the 808, but the day they will give a pre-launch event. The release itself will be 1 week later (so mid-June).
Thats perfectly fine .. I was also told mid-june but this suddenly popped up from nowhere.
But the pre-order period runs till 1st july….I doubt they will release it b4 that
I think they will .. coz in 3rd/4th Week Lumia 900 is launching
