WP8 Announcement in Less than Two hours, Where to Watch & What to Expect.

For anyone keeping track you’ll know that an essential “twist” in the Nokia/WP road-map is going down today; at 9 AM Seattle time (about 1 Hour 40 Minutes from posting this) Microsoft will show us a preview of what’s coming in the next version of Windows Phone (windows Phone 8/ Apollo). Whatever happens it has to be a killer, not just a “foot in the door” but more like “yank the door of it’s hinges” and if it’s anything like Microsoft “surface” then I think we’re gonna have a couple surprises thrown our way.

We expect them to talk about the new Kernel changes, Hardware updates, less unification in the hardware, more OEM flexibility and usual shabang; more importantly what I’m interested in are Skype integration (8.5 billion dollars is no joke to end up developing one lousy app) and the whole upgrade fiasco.

It’s a bit too late to speculate what’s going down, it’s much simpler to wait out the hour and some and see for yourself, for anyone interested you should be able to live view it on this link: (not up yet)

Any last bets on what we’re gonna see?
