Video: Liverpool FC Match & News Centre app: web apps for Asha Touch

Here’s a video from Nokia Devforum talking about the Liverpool FC app for Nokia Asha. Apparently, according to LFC’s mobile manager, Nokia is very popular amongst their userbase.
The app is actually a web app – due to requiring information from the web the developers thought it would be a better fit. It also allowed them to develop an app quickly and efficiently.
The scrolling looks terrible on the video. It seems to staccato instead of one smooth motion. I’m not expecting it to be hyperfluid, but just not stutter like a jackhammer.
