This is Part 4 of the Nokia 808 PureView tips and tricks. This time, looking at HD video recording.

 

Not sure really what in the way of tips they gave here that wasn’t already too obvious.

    These tutorials are good and everything but there’s much more power things you can capture and are a lot more interesting than this for example check FREEZING THE MOMENT feature in this album …

    can’t wait for my 808 to arrive its coming next week :D

    cost $100 more than if i waited for Amazon germany to get in stock but whatever i’ve waited too long

      I had a chance to buy one week ago.. I was shopping in Pori and visited DNA-shop there.. I asked if they had any 808 on display.. Answer was negative, but they had one for sale ( only two 808´s were available at DNA shops in Finland, one in Pori and the other one in Lohja). 558 eur= 692 Usd is the retail price. Might visit Dna shop tomorrow, only black 808´s here, Really wd love the red one :-)

        Id like the RED one too but I don’t think we’ll ever see those lol so rare

        But I like the White one as well the total including shipping and taxes for me came to €585.74 came to $732.63CAD + 2.5% for the Credit Card company -_- = $750.95 -_-

        If I kept my Pre-Order at Amazon.de it would have been $667.26 CAD

          It’s in stock right now at amazon.com $699 USD. I think they ship to Canadia?

            last time i tried they wouldnt ship to canada

            but i’ll still get dinged with tax from .com and credit card fees so it ends up being $812.02 CAD even more ;)

            (12% tax and 2.5% credit card foreign exchange fee)

          :-( No 808´s in Pori. Dna shops (76 here in Finland) had no 808´s and they had no idea when they are getting more devices from Nokia :.( Vy limited availability in Finland. Some good news concerning Meego: https://twitter.com/JollaMobile

    If phones have moved from push button to touch screen with multiple gestures, the next thing is….. a clean screen. Hand gesture in front of the phone but without touching the screen. Might need to bring back the keypad though….
