Nokia Prime Place for Small and Medium sized businesses.

Over at NokConv, Pino talks about Nokia Prime Place, a tool for helping small and medium sized businesses get their company on the map and attract customers (free of charge).

This has actually been going on since 2010, in 20 countries over 11 languages, enriching business content with images/information on opening hours. Nokia also pulls in reviews from Qype and TripAdvisor for some added credibility. Good step to improving P.O.I. searches on Nokias, though this will take quite a long time if it’s mostly done manually by businesses.

Cheers @o7oo7o for the tip!

Isn’t it funny that when Nokia does something this great all the Elop haters don’t even comment.. but when something goes wrong they come in their numbers to condemn Elop and call him names?

Just give them a little time. It probably just that their mums have not waken them up for school yet.

The same can be said for people in “opposing camps”, it’s just human nature/behaviour…
Elop haters (as you characterise everyone who don’t agree 100% with the current trajectory by applying that label) don’t have a monopoly on being irrational.
