N8 Belle Refresh Calendar Update?
Carlos from Ecuador emailed over these screenshots showing an update for the calendar app on a Nokia N8 with Belle Refresh. Apparently it brings better calendar event management and fixes some problems.
Hi.
Just checked the software update app on my Nokia N8 with Belle Refresh
and found an update for the calendar app. The Update requires
rebooting the phone.My phone language is Spanish. On the second screen capture it says:
“Brings better calendar event management and fixes some problems”.Thanks.

I would suggest the 701 if not then the 603.

through Softlogic, probably never. Check the Sunday Times HitAd 1, I’ve seen a few cellphone retailers advertising the 603. That said, I’d advise you to go for the 701, better specs overall.
There are plenty of retail sellers in sri lanka who have been selling nokia 603, 700 & 701 for a considerably long time… Never ask from softlogic.. Not only their prices are unreasonably higher they often are very late announcing phones.. For an example I’ve seen many 808 sellers in Sunday times hitad but still softlogic web page says ‘coming soon’….!
Nokia should seriously consider dropping softlogic from their authorized dealers list…
If you think Softlogic is bad, you should try Abans. Worst phone support (for Motorola) I’ve ever experienced!
NO such update here in Pakistan. I re-checked again a minute ago.
This one seems to be bundled into the Nokia 500 Belle Refresh.
Theres a Microsoft Apps 2.01 update here in the UK.
Just one thing I noticed after belle refresh update. Nokia city lens from beta labs doesnt work after update. I tried to re-install it but it didnt help, program just freezes when you try to start it. Im using unlocked N8 finnish version.
Does anybody body know if Belle Refresh is going to be available in the US? I’m in San Francisco using unlocked N8 on AT&T.I wrote Nokia about it and all I got back was boiler plate about different rules in different places.The MS update 2.01 is offered.
I know eventually I’ll drop the N8 for, probably the next gen after the 920, but I’d like to keep my Symbian as up to date as possible.
hi, why my n8 not get the calender update? And after upgraded to belle refresh nothing change in my social widget, and my sosial application can’t opened.
Plis somebody help me
everytime….when i starts the S/W update…the phone then reset by itself…A Crash!!!!
